Came in tonight and was greeted and waited on by a very sweet lady named Maria. The store was very clean! I live nearby, and often it is not this clean. Kudos to her for her sweet disposition and keeping our convenience store top notch!

Y'all need to learn a little lesson in Customer Service. From morning to night, this establishment is Always a gamble. They rarely have what you need, even basics. For being The Only Convenient Store on all of North beach the staff is subpar (shout out though to the girl with the bright dyed hair, She's cool.) They hardly ever even have coffee brewed or breakfast sandwiches ready. Please take a lesson from South Beach Cumberland, they're awesome. Y'all are supposed to be better than this. Send out an SOS or a may day, cause y'all need Help big time. It is called a CONVENIENT store for a reason. Please fire Pamela, to start.

Fire Pamela. The worst experience ever and every experience here is already awful. How about brew coffee in the morning? How about know the locals and say hello? How about quit if you hate your job. Three customers will never return. And we will be sure to tell everyone the same thing. She could have handled our entire scenario way better and like a professional. Worst employee.

The absolute worst Cumberland in the world. Terrible experience every single time. Fire Pamela, please. I will Never step foot in your establishment again.
