Received a dozen roses. The bouquet is 32 high with 2 types of greenery. The bow is so cute and perfect. It has hearts on the bow. The roses are large and fresh. Just fabulous!!! Thank you :)))

Since Ivan and Betty, I've used Chaney's... several owners later, Chaney's are still providing excellent product and customer service...just recently I used them and was able to get the same day delivery, even though online I missed the cut off...the flowers made it to their destination beautifully made. I appreciate you Bonnie and Team!

I placed several orders a few days before Valentines Day for 3 deliveries. Two were delivered on time and the other wasnt until about 10:00 at night. Although at the time I was somewhat displeased, when it did arrive and the professionalism and apologies of the delivery driver were second to none. The arrangement for my wife was likely the best Ive seen in a long long time. Fast forward to today and the heartfelt card I received in the mail from them was customer service at its finest. The Laytons and their staff are doing an amazing job bringing back the Chaneys of old. You have definitely outdone yourself. Thanks again and keep up the great work of art.
