Order Flowers for my Assistants Birthday for a Saturday deliver. I placed the order online & thought my job was done. But this florist did something very unique, for my protection they contacted me both Friday and Saturday prior to deliver. I was not able to return their call Friday night, so Saturday they called to confirm the information and to ensure I indeed placed the order. They strive to do the best possible job for their consumer, down to protecting themselves and us the purchaser from fraud! When in need for Floral services in the area, I WILL ONLY USE this fine local small business....the arrangement was delivered and absolutely beautiful. Curlinda was professional help me with the Right Flowers needed to send to my family in Pennsylvania father-in-law passed away I checked all the other flower shops around the area I drove 20 minutes to come here and it was well worth my time

Royal Blooms jumped in and saved the day with the most beautiful arrangement at no cost to me which far exceeded my expectations.
