I had an emergency job request after my hot water heater installation was held up due to the lack of a dedicated outlet in the water closed in my garage. I called several different electricians and Edison was the only company that seemed to comprehend my stressful situation or care enough to act like time was a factor. They had someone on their way by the time our conversation was over. The electrician looked over everything from the water closet to the breaker box so he could give me an accurate estimate of costs and then when I agreed to the quote (it was very fair and didn't even include extra costs for the last minute scheduling) we moved forward. He got it done for me and I couldn't be happier with their understanding approach to the time constraint for me to be able to get the other repairs done without having to go without hot water for too long which with a family of 5 was pretty essential. Thank you, Edison Electricians, for going above and beyond to help us in our time of need! We greatly appreciate you all!
