        Walter has done a couple of demo jobs for me and both times, he is responsive, reliable, keeps to a scheduled time and date - which is so important in demolition - and he prices his work extremely fairly. Also, he leaves the job site spic and span. I would never call anyone to do demo before I called Walter. Exceptional.
