My 1st time applying for a permit for an Owner-build project was completely stress-free and the process went very smoothly thanks to the very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient women working in the permitting office on Virginia Ave. They walked me through the entire process step-by-step. I can't thank them enough. The inspector was also very informative and professional. Overall, 5 stars for everyone I interacted with!
