      image We finally found the building and went in. The front desk clerk seemed confused. The sign-in paper was blank, so we just put our name on there. The clerk finally came over and said Ive sent everyone to the back so she escorts us to the back. We sit there in a dark hallway alcove and wait 15 minutes, of course by this time my veteran is on hyper alert. No one acknowledged us so we got up and left! This is a disaster and needs to be addressed! There was one woman in the back on the phone, glaringly on a personal call! This is about the veterans, and they cant be shuffled around like a herd! My husband has a brain injury among other things and he is confused enough without dealing with this.
