Airam's Cleaning Servive, LLC

Hired Airam's to clean my home after a whole house construction project. Contacted them through a local publication that offered a discount on the first clean. Company owner visited the site to provide an accurate estimate. We entered into a verbal contract for cost and date. A team of three arrived timely but without the proper equipment. I was told they provide their own equipment and supplies. They used my vac, mop and bucket and also left to retrieve their own mopping system. I needed to leave prior to the cleaning being finished. I trusted they would complete the job as discussed so I paid them prior to the completion of the job. I used the 20% off coupon from the publication where the company was advertised. The 20% discount was a substantial amount, so on my own I reduced it to just 10% and the husband still argued with me. I believe the owner's husband was upset about the discount so they left shortly after I did and did not complete the job. Cabinets and sliding glass door tracks were left with construction debris, showers not cleaned and counters and mirrors filthy. I would not recommend because they failed to complete the job for which they were hired. A reputable company would have thoroughly completed the projected regardless if the homeowner was on site or not.
