I just had a&j detail my subaru. It started off with an 830 am appointment that arrived at 920 am with no phone cll starting they would be late. It took 1 man 45 minutes to complete the job. A job that would gave been done better had i taken it to a $20 automatic car wash. Dried soap on the outside where it wasn't rinsed completely off, car not waxed, plastic never treated. Back seats were never lowered to vacuum. Was told it was an additional $30 to clean carpets. Wonder if he thought senior citizens were too blind or stupid to be able to see the dirt or poor job he did. Total waste of $120, now I'll have to pay someone else to detail my vehicle. If your considering using this business DON'T. Look at photos of what this business considered cleaned and vacuumed and decide if your definition f clean is the same as theirs.
