Unprofessional! December 9th, 2021 is when I ordered materials from NUSTAR. After tons of research on stone, they provided me with a quote that fit my budget compared to other venders. I was aware of a three month wait to get the stone of my dreams for my new construction home and was okay with it. March came around so I contacted the store for an update which employees act clueless but finally figured out what I was talking about and told me it was not in and should be In April. I understand the material shortage and the how The pandemic has affected the economy and I was patient. April passes, so now in May I call them and they tell me they ordered the wrong stone! Though disappointed, still am understanding and they tell me it will be an additional 3 weeks to get the right product. For the 2nd time they have ordered the wrong stone for our expected June arrival! Not only have they ordered the wrong stone 2x they tell me they quoted us wrong! 1800 more then they originally quoted me. So due to them being Incompetent and not knowing how to treat costumers or how to run their business they have backed me into a corner because I desperately need the stone to completed our home and, I do not have another 3 to 6 months to wait. They were unwilling to honor their original quote or discount us for their mess ups! Finally received the stone July 8th, my husband requested it to be placed on the side walk but they drove over and placed it in Freshly laid grass. I Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
