Even when I went to return parts and supplies that I didn't need right away during repairs, they refunded the entire amount, including tax, without question and with a good heart.

I lived in the Fort on and off most of my life, and this store is alright. The people don't really know too much and the females they hire to work the register whom also are pretty much the face of the store as you see them the most and tend to ask them questions are not educated enough to hold a position where they're supposed to be able to help customers and give correct information. Also I've found with this store that they are quick to get an attitude. I've had to put a few of them in their place and they settle down fast after that. Overall the store is okay. It has what you need, and if their employees who actually know a thing or 2 about vehicles are working it can be an easy in and out shopping experience. Other than that I only go there if I'm short on time since they're located close to where I lived
