This shop is absolutely amazing from the customer service all the way to the quality of work done. After someone backed into my bumper I had to choose a repair shop to do the work and I am so happy I chose this one. Jim made the process so easy and was so informative along the way he provided me suggestions on what I should do and allowed me to make my decisions from there. He went above and beyond with my repair, replacing the whole front end and both headlights, and also having them do a paint job that matched perfectly to the paint thats been on the car for years. They even had a Toyota certified technician working on my car. Also the repair was extremely fast, I dropped the car off Tuesday and by Friday afternoon it was already done. My car looks the best it has ever looked, even better than when I first bought it. I want to thank not only Jim but the whole team at Joe Hudsons for their friendliness, quality of work, and the fact that they return your car to you clean. They definitely have a lifetime customer out of me.
