I called and Richard answered at 4:30 P.M. on a Friday afternoon and the business closes at 5. Richard was on his way home, he turned around and came back to repair my AC. He worked til the sun went down to get my AC up and running. He didnt have a part (contact) that he needed. Well at 10:23 Richard came back to my house installed the part because He said He didnt want us to be without air all weekend. My air is running and Richard is the bomb! We are a new homeowner who had issues with our air-conditioning it was installed by a large company who was unresponsive about my concerns our builder put me in touch with Richard and with as many projects as one can have at the hottest time of the year he made time for us and fixed my a/c he was also able to ease my mind on a few concerns I had and now it seems as if I had no issues at all I will be giving his company name and number out to everyone who asks who is reliable and competent Thank you again the Jones Family !

They have replaced the a.c. systems in our last 2 houses and gave fair pricing, showed up on time, completed the jobs on time, cleaned up their debris upon completion, and were very friendly. We highly reccommend them for any a.c. system work.
