Replacing windows is one of the few projects where one gives a good chunk of money in advance and still needs to wait for a permit. This needs mutual trust. You need someone that is on top of the permit progress, someone that gets your phone call or calls you back everytime. That person is Greg Villanueva. Greg is an honest entrepreneur, who is meticulous about communication, follow up and inspection, he is on top of every detail, always telling you an honest report. Greg sends invoices on time and they all are self explanatory, but if you have questions, he will answer everything without being defensive. I called a lot of people until I found Villas Windows and now we have more projects for them. This is a solid business.

It was a pleasure going business with Greg at Villas Windows & Doors. We replaced all the windows and doors in our home with hurricane windows & doors. The entire crew was just wonderful. Very respectful and cleaned up the site each day. Greg was great with communication. Our windows were delayed, due to manufacturing, but Greg kept us updated on the status. incredibly professional, very responsive, and very good work. not too many companies you can be overly satisfied with, but greg and his crew hit all marks.
