        I was looking for a 2017 GTI and got in touch with Ellena. Everything start good on Friday, then suddenly they tried to get more % that what they put on the promotion. Ive got approved for the credit with them, I talked with Ellena to talk with her manager to get me a better percentage and when I called Monday to get the car, They sold it without telling me anything knowing I was on the car waiting for their response. They did not care about a customers, no word, just they dont care. I will never go to CarLink and I will recommend my friends to never go there. What a waist of time.
