After headaches and heartaches from trying to find a knowledgeable source for tile information, we finally came to Tile Outlet. So happy with our experience! Sam was amazing! So easygoing and knowledgeable. We really felt like we got what we needed from a source who really knew his stuff. Thank you, Sam and Tile Outlets!

Went there today at lunchtime with wife to look at deck tile. We did find a possible tile choice but not one associate was interested in helping us. Went to the register and a fellow with curly hair and glasses couldn't be bothered with our questions. Loading trucks blocked many of the aisles and overall it was a poor experience. Something has changed over the years and not for the better based on our experience today sadly. Edit 4/4/24: Well, I decided to give them one more shot and I must say it was a different experience entirely. The same fellow that I critiqued about above really did a nice job to assist us this time around. I ended up buying my tile and it will be installed today. So I upped my rating to 4 stars vs 3. 1 star off for my 1st bad experience.
