We are extremely sorry that you feel this way.1st we our naples store which was 3 times the size got completely flooded out during the hurricane and after we spent six months redoing the floors walls and making everything BRAND NEW. The landlord tripled the rent and so we had to close that location which was 3 times the size of our fort myers location and had a huge warehouse in the back and we used it to warehouse our fort myers inventory as well so we are adjusting to having no warehouse space while we look for an affordable warehouse and new locations. We are doing the best we can and it is a learning process. So many of our customers got devastated by the hurricane and are just now finishing their remodels and came in looking for furniture all at the same time so we are the BUSIEST we have ever been and having record sales which is also complicating our lack of warehouse space but i promise we are doing everything we possibly can to improve our warehouse store situation.2nd with regards to you comment about merchandise and pricing not being "competitive" is there any way you could possible provide some specific examples. We always guarantee the lowest prices and we are extremely cheaper than online and have never been beat by a retail store. If you find anything lower anywhere we always beat it by AT LEAST 10% or more. We also strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our merchandise has definitely stepup in QUALITY by leaps and bounds compared to when we first opened because that is what our customers have demanded.
