Nice staff in the office, but seemingly under stress. Facility is big. It is clean inside, but finding rat traps in the unit was a little off-putting. Glad they are doing something about the critters, but what happens to our stuff? Gnawed on, pooped on, peed on? Ugh. The crowd of users I encountered upon trying to unload can only be termed "hostile & uncivilized". They took a handicapped spot without having a placard, and when I asked - nicely - if they had one, continued to laugh at me and give me the finger while they were unloading. I have a placard. I waited patiently for 45 minutes to use the spot while the previous handicapped woman unloaded. The interlopers felt fine about cutting the line, abusing an elderly handicapped woman, and at the end, saying such a vile racist comment to me that I cannot repeat it here. Looks like I will be finding another spot as quickly as I can. Management was helpful only after I called, but ended up blaming me bc there were 4 abusers to my one little old self. Clearly, the numbers outweighed the truth.
