I cannot thank these men enough for everything that they did for us after hurricane Ian. They were professional courteous and very compassionate. Wayne was prompt to answer my call and to come and estimate the damage on our air unit and set up Installation right away. He also followed through with getting a crew out to check my roof and button it up I am forever grateful for Wayne and the workers that have been to my house from Crowthers. This is the company I would go with 100% of the time. This was the second time they were out to my home and they provide a friendly and professional service, each and every time. Chris Crowther helped to repair my unit so that my family and I could be comfortable after the hurricane. He was on time and took the time to explain what was wrong with the unit and my options. I am moving forward to replacing the unit (it is an oooolllddd unit that was here when I bought my condo). The follow up from Anthony the next morning was just as professional and efficient. Im a local realtor in the area and finding good, honest, dependable contractors is hard to find. My family and I were in dire need of a new AC for our home. I needed to find a company that was receptive to catering to my specific needs and Crowther Roofing and Cooling came highly recommended from several co workers. After previous dealings with alot of fly by night AC companies, I needed a company that I can rely upon to not only show up but to also be in business for the long haul. After only one phone call to Crowther, I had a technician out in a few hours. I met with Chris and he was able to explain to me in detail on which type of AC unit I would need and how to make it the most energy efficient. (I have 3 young kids under 5, needless to say an energy efficient AC is a priority). The tech that showed up to my home actually spent some time with me. Most importantly, they listened to me. They found out what type of system I would need and did not try and sell me on things that would not apply to my unique home. They concentrated on my comfort and convenience and I felt as though I wasnt just another sale. As soon as Hurricane Ian passes, I receive a phone call from Chris from Crowther calling to check on me and my family. It is extremely hard to find a company that stands by their customer service after the sale is done. This Company is in it for the long haul, they care about the people they help and will go above and beyond to keep a life long client.
