Mark was patient with our daughter and listened attentively to the family and what we were looking for. He also kept our budget in mind. He was always professional. This past summer of 2022 was my latest experience working with Mark. It was the second time I have had the pleasure and good fortune to have him as my realtor. 10 years later, I was relieved to be in touch with him when deciding to put the same condo which was purchased with Marks help back in 2012 up for sale. As was my previous experience, Marks wealth of knowledge about the current market, his fair and honest approach when dealing with colleagues and clients made a difficult and emotional decision more copacetic. His trustworthiness, professionalism, and judgment is unmatched in any of the experiences I have had with several other real estate transactions. Mark was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to help with anything that arose while I was back in Connecticut. In fact, we were able to close the deal despite all the difficulties presented as a result of the occurrence of Category 4 Hurricane Ian, which struck the area with unprecedented devastation in September and during our negotiations and upcoming closing. Yet again, I relied on and trusted Marks opinions and advice implicitly. Between the hurricane and being a widow in another state trying to accomplish the sale and the move, I feel I could not have been in better hands. Mark worked through every possible scenario that came up, (power/communication outages, closed businesses, flooded roadways, etc.) and we were fortunately able to complete the transaction to everyones satisfaction.
