Melissa was referred to us by a family relative, and it turned out to be a complete blessing. We were selling our home in Ohio at the same time as we were shopping for a new home in North Fort Myers, Florida. It was also Melissa who referred us to our Ohio agent to sell our present home in Ohio. She went out of her way to ensure that both ends were working in tandum and subsequently both homes closed on the same day. Without her continual attention to detail on both ends of our buying and selling, none of that would have worked out as smoothly as it did in the end. While we were still in Ohio, Melissa was searching out potential homes for us to look at when we visited Florida to secure a new home. When we were finally able to get to Florida, Melissa took us to see many available homes and we discussed the pros and cons of each one according to our particular needs. When we found the home we really liked, Melissa worked tirelessly and did all of the negotiating with the selling party and his agent. After the thorough home inspection on our behalf was completed, Melissa was vety diligent in dealing with the final items that needed to be repaired. She was able to negotiate a more fair and appealing final price for the property. The house then went into escrow and Melissa stayed on top of the proceedings until the very end, ensuring that we understood every portion and every financial detail that had to be dealt with in the final "closing settlement" paperwork, the transfer of funds, and the final home Title being signed over to us within 2-1/2 weeks of the first time we contacted Melissa to start the home search. We could not be more pleased or blessed with the entire process and with the diligent perseverance of Melissa to ensure that we found the home in which we would spend the rest of our lives.
