Wonderful. Organized. Professional. Knowledgeable. I can't say enough adjectives to describe what a fantastic job John and Mary did for us. A friend who had used Colonial Palms Real Estate to sell their home recommended John and Mary to help us buy a home. She told us they did an absolutely fantastic job selling their home, and that they have the closest real estate office to the communities we were interested in, that they are extremely knowledgeable about the communities, and that they were a joy to work with. And it was all true! Mary knew all the information regarding the amenities and fees of the communities, and John was superb at knowing the true market value of each home we looked at. The best part was that they were truly interested in me and my husband's best interests. That is a rare thing to find these days! They found us a great home and we could not be happier.
