We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Kerrie Roadcap! I have never met a real estate agent who I felt was more genuine, patient, and attentive to our needs and wants in a home. She spent a great deal of time researching and previewing homes for and with us. My wife and I were extremely picky in our home search and she helped us to navigate the process very well. Also she has a background in the banking world giving her a a very good understanding of our budget and helping a search for homes that were within our budget. We ended up finding something below our budget which is fantastic for us. I never felt pressured to make a decision if it wasn't correct for us. I would absolutely recommend without reservation that you work with this company and specifically would urge you to request Kerrie Roadcap to assist you in your home search. I did read the other poor review and found our experience to be quite the opposite.
