I highly recommend Terry for your real estate needs. Terry became our agent through an on-line inquiry. With her professional help, we purchased our future retirement home in Ft Myers, sight unseen (due to COVID travel restrictions). Terry went the extra mile to become our eyes and ears, arranging face time walk-throughs of the property with us, handling all the inspections and resultant corrective actions and making sound recommendations for negotiations strategy. Complicating this transaction, the seller was both a foreign national whose first language was not English and was essentially without representation (FSBO), This was easily the most complex real estate purchase of the dozen or so in which we've been involved. Terry handled these challenges well, minimizing miscommunication and keeping buyer and seller in synch. Amazingly, we were able to get to closing in three weeks time, a major feat. Terry additionally provided post closing services like representing us at walk through and arranging services such as pool and landscaping to keep the home in order until COVID will allow us to travel to Florida to start our retired life.
