Update 9/23/22: The sales 'professional' (not) who worked my sale has been fired. There are now 2 professionals working hard to rehabilitate this business. The dishonest sales rep (April) has moved on to another mobile home sales rep. Do your homework before you sign a contract with her. She lies when the truth would do better. 01/12/22 Absolutely the WORST buying experience of my life. Misinformation, disinformation, spreading lies and innuendo about clients, unkept promises, poor attention to detail, unprofessional, and insists on working both sides of the deal. I plan on filing a report with whatever agency governs mobile home brokers. Both my and a friends deal were through her and we both had the same horrid experience. Run, don't walk, away from this company.
