Amy helped us sell some land and she was amazing! I barely had to lift a finger and I feel like she did so much work in the background for us. We were able to sell for a good price and it sold quickly. We will be working with her again :)

I have worked with Amy Admire and Catherine Van Til in several capacities and have seen how diligently they perform as a realtor team. Their kindness and genuine care is perfect for their favorite client base - the elderly. They are both extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and professional. I have seen them go far out of their way to help others. They are super nice but when needed can negotiate fiercely to protect their clients' assets. I would be so comfortable recommending them to my own parents and their elderly friends. These ladies would NEVER take advantage of anyone. And bonus- they hold wonderful Open Houses! 5 stars! They are terrific!

As a first-time home seller, I had no idea of how to go about it. Amy and Catherine walked me through everything that was needed. They were always available to me when I had questions, and checked in with me frequently throughout the process to make sure things were going smoothly. The home was under contract within a few days of listing. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me.

Catherine and Amy are absolutely amazing!! They made my dream come true with the purchase of my beautiful home in February!! These ladies were very professional and knowledgeable during this process. Yes it was a roller-coaster getting to the closing table, but they stuck in it with me and made everything possible! I NEVER knew how strategic agents have to be to get to that closing
