I connected with Arianna to sell some property that I had bought years ago on Pine Island. I'm a firm believer in first impressions, and I was immediately impressed by her great personality, communications skills, and high level of energy and enthusiasm. In addition, having grown up in Southwest Florida, she has an intimate knowledge of the area. The property ended up selling fairly quickly, and Arianna's excellent negotiation skills were able to land me the full asking price for my property. She was with me every step of the way and helped guide me through all the paperwork and settlement. I can't say enough about her and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property in Southwest Florida.

Trustworthy, honest no pressure experience. I worked with Kate Saunders. Honestly one of the best Realtors I've ever worked with. Absolute pleasure. I worked with Kate Saunders buying a house. She and her group were wonderful throughout the whole process. They kept on top of everything and were in constant communication with me the entire time. I cannot sing the praises of our real estate agent Whitney Burrows enough. Her patience and kindness throughout the process went way beyond what I would have expected from any realtor. She built a solid groundwork of trust with us from the very beginning, and was always available for all our needs. I just hope Whitney is still in the business if and when we look for our next home!
