Suzys knowledge of real estate in the area, as well as building, prevented me from spending on projects that I thought would be necessary to prepare my house for sale & enabled her to make suggestions to enhance the propertys appeal & value. Chaz made the home buying process so easy! I never thought I could easily buy a home by myself at such a young age, but he proved me wrong. Im a person that hates procrastinating and wants to get everything done as soon as possible, and I always have a billion and two questions. He went way beyond my already super high expectations in those regards. He answered all my questions thoroughly, clearly, and almost immediately and was just as eager and excited on my behalf to get me to closing day. I could tell he genuinely cared and wanted me to make the best decision for me and not his bottom line. Even the woman selling me her condo asked if it was too late for her to switch realtors after having one short conversation with him. He never sugar coated the few not great things that popped up, and he handled them all with ease. I recommend everyone to use him. I was shocked by how easy this all was and how hard he fought on my behalf to get the best deal. Honestly, Im kind of bummed the stressful home buying process is all done because he made it so much fun. Literally cant recommend Chaz enough. Hire him as your realtor!
