Six week ago gave cashiers check to Royal Shell realty for $2,200. hold on rental. Still haven't returned money after a week to get back with me that they wanted more proof of income. Jana was my agent. Poor rating for interest to return $. She replied with pic of check sent out. No follow up.

Made appointment for thursday morning at 9:00am for repairs to rental unit. No one called to confirm appt and they did not show up this morning. I called the office and found out that their not coming until 1:00 today. Thanks for the heads up.!!! Poor communication between management and customer.

I am a little perplexed. The world we live in has forever changed due to Covid19. I live in Washington State and unlike Florida most businesses in my state are still not open or have major restrictions. Which why I am perplexed that I submitted an offer on one of your listings for over the asking price by a considerable amount. Because I watched the listing video that YOU made to sell the home was enough for me to write an offer it was not accepted because I am have been to the home in person? In person, then why spend money to make a walk through video of the home? Why has FaceTime or Duo been created? My realtor went to the home in person, we did a live video walk through, still NOT enough? In this Covid19 Pandemic World what is the point of technology, if you are penalized for using it? I have seen multitudes of international buyers purchase homes using a video walk through only. To say the least I am saddened by the lack of common sense your sellers are using in making a decision NOT to accept my above ask offer because I chose to have a live video walk through with my agent versus getting on a plan flying 3k plus miles subjecting myself a cancer patient as well as my family to possible exposure of Covid19 to see this listing in person?
