I had the displeasure of working with Stacy. She was rude and disrespectful to both me and my mother. Her disgusting attitude ultimately ended with us firing her. We initially hired her to manage our property and find renters. After handing over the keys, over 2 weeks passed with absolutely no progress. Prior to this, we used her vendors to paint the house. Her vendors consist of her son and his high school friend. We regret letting them even step foot in the house. The paint job ended with paint splatter all over the floor, they painted over outlets, and around the vents instead of simply removing them. Towards the end, they ran out of trim paint so parts of the baseboards were never painted and some doors were left looking streaky since a second coat was never applied. Instead of getting more trim paint, they left and never returned. They have the audacity to ask for nearly $5k for this horrendous paint job. They also got paint on nearly every door handle and knob including the bathtub, toilets and all the fixtures. They even stained our automatic curtain in the back with something that looks like black tar. The curtain is worth nearly $1k.
Stacy is also a terrible communicator. She acted like she was doing us a favor by getting painters in, and added that the boys complained the entire time and that our house smelled like dog urine and was a mess, as if it is our fault. She failed to realize this is due to our previous tenant that trashed the place and we wanted cleaners to come in as the last step because of all the work that was being done. After multiple emails, she finally uploaded pictures online to start finding a renter, but she used old pictures that were taken before the upgrades. They were very low quality and looked as if they were taken by an iPhone.
Stacy also had the audacity to tell us and charge us for cleaning the place, but when a neighbor stopped by, they said nothing had been done.
Stacy is a liar, lazy and possibly the worst broker in southwest Florida. Every day our house isnt rented is just more money out of our pocket, which we stressed to her over and over again. Do yourself a favor and choose literally anyone else for your property management. In fact, youd probably be better off with a monkey.
Update to response: more and more lies, but what can you expect from a woman that is a complete fraud?
