Let say that SRM It great Company
Just bad managment and Horrible HR
in Alico plant. Florida
They just invent fake excuses to warning you!

That the way they use to create Respect
Even if you request a holiday day with 3 month of advance it not will 100 % that you can get it
But sure you will be lucky if you are part of the low level and Toxic Enviroment
1 The work schedule never change they have a lot of favorite drivers
Not every one work same Hours
Im told to the Manager many time he just Ignored me
If you ask for transfer to other plant
Here is the excuses
1 Our plant not have to much space for other truck. (General Manager)
2. We cant let you go until we get more driver (Human Resource)
2 The Plant Manager was the first to use Racist and unrespect word to the spanish driver over the truck Radio before it was removed
But nothing happen!
Things happen when you say true statement
1 they looking at you like your have some problem and just give you a few warning
Then they expect Respect
