        They manage my hoa, and they have no professionality. Apparently my Association is in the middle of a change of leadership, and for about a week I've been trying to contact the new property manager, the old property manager, the assistant property managers, and I contacted the customer service but they were basically useless. I was told to try and contact the property manager which I tried several times unsuccessfully. So they will charge you the HOA fees every single month but if you actually need anything from them, good luck.
