Dr Charles is a ok dr she doesnt really explain to much she checks the regular stuff they usually check but I would rather her then the male dr thats there he was more worried about my drs shots then actually helping her , once the appt was over I asked him if he was going to prescribe her any meds and he said no she looks fine , when I took her in she had yellow boogers a bad cough and she had a small fever , he still didnt prescribe anything for her . The next day she ended up in the hospital with rsv. Lucky that I dont sue and that her lungs arent affected by it otherwise I would have a lawyer on the phone .
