Dr Lalla helped treat my child with a rare syndrome for 15 years. She guided me through getting to the all the specialists, offered advice on treatments, dietary advice to help, and was always willing to listen. My son is now 21 and I am forever grateful.

The Doctor and staff dont want to listen to you and they are rude as well. Not professional at all.

I drove one hour to see dr. Bharti, Lalla and it was a waist of my time. She started talking bad about my insurance. it is very bad and they dont pay thats what she said ! Yes, a doctor that I have never seen, complaining about my insurance. She started saying that my daughter needed two shots and I asked her if it was ok for my daughter to take the shots today because she would have a game right after the appointment. She said it was ok. I said that the main purpose of our visit was that if she could prescribe a medication to my daughter as I explained really well to the front desk before the appointment was scheduled ( I was willing to make this woman as my daughters doctor. I wasnt just asking for medication) Then, to my surprise she started being very rude saying that she doesnt prescribe the medication I needed and she got out of the room like a toddler throwing a tantrum. Another woman came to the room and said that doctor Lalla needed to cool off and she repeatedly apologized for the doctorsbehavior. Cool off ?? I told her that if she wanted to give my daughter the two shots it was ok. After going to talk to dr Lalla, the woman came back to the room telling me that she wouldnt see my daughter. I immediately asked for my copay back and left. We were never before exposed to this behavior from someone who says that they are a doctor. She is very unprofessional and rude. Save yourself the aggravation. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. **** And as WE ALL see, she has the audacity to come here and respond to my review. First of all, OUR INSURANCE IS NATIONAL ! not out of state, if its that bad, maybe you shouldnt be working with them. Second, this controlled medication that you mentioned, my daughter has been taking for more than 10 years, which I had ALL of her medical records to show you today. Now, the fact that you dont prescribe the medication, up to you. But as a client, your clinic and YOURSELF WERE not professional at all. I dont have a problem with you not prescribing the medication. I had a problem with you being so unprofessional and anti- ethical about it. Weve dealt with VERY PROFESSIONAL PHYSICIANS THROUGHOUT THE YEARS, and unfortunately we didnt have this experience today. No wonder why Im not the first one saying that you are rude. Maybe the insurance should know how bad you talk about them.
