My experience with Quigley Eye care was far better than I could have ever have expected including the results !! The entire staff from start to finish were so pleasant and caring that I could not have felt more secure during the entire procedure !! I have to do the other eye in three weeks and I am actually looking forward to it as I did not have a moment of discomfort and considered myself fortunate to have been under such professional care... not to mention the unbelievable results of my new lens...I am absolutely amazed at the outcome and could not be more THANKFUL !!

Dr. Quigley and his remarkable staff are by far the best! Impressive TLC by Dr. Quigley and staff from the first visit thru both surgeries and post care appointments. Only wish I'd done this earlier.

Just had the SMILE eye surgery yesterday with Dr. Robin. He's great. I decided to have this done because glasses give me a headache and my eyes were starting to reject my contact lenses. He was very descriptive of how the procedure was going to go at the pre-op appointment and then went back over it again on the day of surgery. He gave me his phone number for any questions I may have and was actually pretty responsive. The eye drops that were prescribed at my normal pharmacy were put on back order, so his staff had them sent to a pharmacy they knew had it. Minutes after the surgery, I cried because I could actually read the road signs! I haven't been able to do that without glasses or contacts since I was 10. My post-op appointment today was amazing! My results are phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for better! I am so so happy. Dr. Robin and his staff literally just made my quality of life so much better. Forever grateful!

I was absolutely terrified about having my cataracts removed. I shouldn't have been. I felt nothing and my recovery was painless. Dr. Quigley has surrounded himself with the most professional, caring staff at his office and at St. Johns surgery. They create an atmosphere where the patients peace of mind is the most important thing. The doctor visits each patient prior to their surgery in pre-op, which really impressed me as they are extremely busy. He did a magnificent job on my eyes. I went from a dark, blurry, depressing world to a bright one full of hope. Thank you Dr. Quigley. After ten months I feel I need to revise my review. What this surgery did was trade in one form of blindness for another. I went from needing glasses occasionally for my distant vision and occasionally to read up close, to having to to wear reading glasses most of my day. It's impossible to walk around with them on and function properly, which leaves me having to take them on and off all day. In a year I've had to buy multiple replacements due to scratching and damage that occurs due to constantly having to remove them. You will have NO close up vision if you only correct for long distance vision. It's a nightmare. Had I known it would be this bad I wouldn't have undergone the surgery until I could afford both corrections.

This place is awful, rude staff for starters. There are only a handful or less of people that are even nice here. Be prepared to WAIT FOREVER!!!! We have been here for 3.5 hours just for the first visit. After the first visit we had 1 or 2 appointments that were not terrible but those were right after surgery so thats why. Every appointment after that 2 hours or more. They dont explain anything or ask if you have questions. They assign a random doctor to you and you see them for 5 seconds and never again after that. Post op appointments are not with the doctor who did your surgery. They run this place like an assembly line processing you through and taking your money. They literally do not care how they treat you. Oh and dont forget your mask because that is absolutely by far the most important thing of all. Such a regret to have come here. Horrible experience and cannot wait to be done with them. I dont even think they know what they are doing.
