Great customer service on the phone, able to make a timely appointment easily, was greeted when I came in and treated very professionally the whole time. State of the art equipment and high quality products. I will recommend and return for my eye care needs thanks to friendly Dr. Dunn and caring staff!

I went to Dr.Dunn for a eye exam and new glasses. It was overall a great experience. Very thorough, fast and stress-free. The following week my glasses came in along with a handwritten thank you card. Will definitely come back again.

12:30pm on 07/08/2022 - too bad I didn't grab the girls name....a screw came out of my glasses and I lost it at work. Stopped here on my lunch break for a quick fix.....NOT! I was told that a certified optometrist was not working today so no repairs could be made....I said, can I have or purchase a screw and I can perform said "repair". I was told no, sorry...she asked if I could use tape to get by....absolute joke. Avoid this place like the plague.

Ive gone to this vision center for years. I already loved the staff. But, meeting Dr. Dunn (the new optometrist) was phenomenal. He truly took his time in the appointment to explain everything in detail. Later that week I received a handwritten thank you from him. He truly does take time with his patients and enjoys the work. He also told me I wasnt as nearsighted as Ive been told which made the appointment even better. I will definitely be coming back.
