They will attempt to help but they are a non profit helping those with serious issues. You will not be surrounded by the best of the best as far as other patients and you can tell the staff deal with serious crazies. They are burnt out and dont care. Dawn for the intake was seemingly dead inside and did not show an ounce of compassion. They take walk ins but they make it seemingly impossible to utilize it. Be prepared to ask and ask and ask before you actually get assistance.

Very unhappy with saluscare I had an appointment scheduled for March 26 2024 I shoe up and my doctor wasn't there and this happened several time. So they tell me I have to do a walk in so that following Monday I did, and still wasn't seen I deserve the best Care and I felt I wasn't getting that at saluscare. So I changed to a new mental health facility.

Salus Care/Genoa Pharmacy are pretty good. They help people in need, with low/no income, substance dependence, & without prejudice. The people are pretty nice, (although 'some' have their days) lol. Overall, if you're in need of any help, do not hesitate, as you'll be very welcome here!

Very friendly staff and very professional and finally have a good office and great service wouldn't change a thing. Genoa pharmacy is great
