Excellent communication through the process. Our home was very delayed in being built and they accommodated us in every way to fit us in their schedule. Move was flawless! Shout-out to Craig and his scheduling patience!

We were told that we would be getting professional movers, this was reiterated several times through out the booking process. And while the guys worked hard, professional is definitely not the word I would use. there were several issues including the fact that they all smelled of marijuana , we were missing the handle to one of our refrigerators, several of the power cords from our couch with electric recliners were missing, and there was a hole punched in our mattress. Initially they were very responsive and said they would take care of all of this, and then. Crickets. No calls no emails and definitely no replacement parts. Very disappointed in the service after the move. No communication at all. Their paperwork is deceptive and falsified. One star because I cannot leave zero. I would avoid using this company at all costs, because you will be left with all the cost of everything break or lose. This was the worst experience, as time goes on we find more and more broken.

Just used this company for my move and had a great experience! They came to my house and gave me a guaranteed price so I knew what to expect on moving day. They were professional and handled my move with care! I would recommend this business to all of my family and friends needing a local move in Florida.

Shoddy work. Worked with used boxes. Had a valuable antique that I discovered in a shoddy box and was severely damaged. Only compensation $25 on a $1300 piece. Caution concerning their contract! Only compensation was based on weight not the item. FYI.. I emphasized that the piece be treated with kid gloves but obviously to no avail. I sure would check out other companies first and confirm their contract details concerning items. Still considering further action.

Many of our items were damaged and broken beyond repair. We receive promises of insurance reimbursement but it has been nearly 3 months and still nothing. People were hard working but careless in the extreme!
