Visited on 4/8, have been here several times and one of my favorite places to go with family/friends. Unfortunately we will never go back due to poor business operation from the owner Marco. Sat down for dinner and after 10 min was presented with a gift of bottle of wine and 4 glasses. We asked are you sure this is for us, she said yes are you Craig? We said yes, who is this from, she stated its from Tony. We said are you sure is this is for us? We thought maybe from the owner since we go there often. They said let me check, came back she said yes its for you the owner said from Tony. We thought okay maybe they got the name Tony wrong and it was maybe from a friend Terry. They must have noticed their mistake during the meal and charged us for the bottle. We questioned why we are charged and they said they made a mistake. Would not remove the bottle of wine from the bill and said they would take 50% off. We were shocked and appalled, this is not how you run a business. You made a mistake and you should take care of the $20 bottle of wine. Are bill is over $300 each time we are there. I would not recommend this restaurant any longer. Being in the business and a former business owner this was a very simple resolution to keep great business. Very unprofessional and disappointed. Here is a follow up to your response. This is not what happened what so ever. We were told several times it was a gift, we said several times are you sure?? The server said yes several times. Believe me I dont need a free bottle of wine when I work with wine. Your price on the wine is $20 but I dont care if it was $100. You dont do that to a guest who has spent thousands at your restaurant. You dont tell someone its a gift several times and then take it back when you give them the bill. Own up to your mistake instead of being a coward. You are an embarrassment to this community to do business like this. Just for the record you made a fool out of yourself by having your wife do your dirty work with trying to apologize for your behavior and horrible business manor. Your response is exactly how you acted last night.

I adore this delightful slice of heaven from Italy. The service is exceptional (Mary was our server), and the cuisine is truly heavenly. I find myself returning for more each time.

With an extensive list of specials it is hard to choose what you want to eat. There were six of us and we all had different meals. Mostly from the specials board. Everything was delicious! The wait staff is attentive and friendly in the atmosphere is more on the quiet side.

We went there without having a prior reservation. There were no tables available, but we (party of 3) decided to sit at the bar instead of leaving. So glad we did!! Service was slow, but they apologized several times because they were super busy. We ordered some drinks and ate the warm, crusty bread with the dipping sauce that they provided. We actually had fun sitting there and watching the chef making the food! The food finally arrived and it was INCREDIBLE! Big portions and absolutely delicious. I had the sea bass in a unique tomato sauce. Very different but delicious. The other two dishes were braised lamb and veal. All dishes were VERY good! Highly recommend this restaurant, but try to make a reservation before going.
