If you dont explicitly ask for a physician when making an appointment, theyll place you with an NP but youll be billed like you saw a doctor. When you do see Dr. McKenna, hell try to get you out of the room as soon as possible and wont listen to anything you say. Not a good patient experience. It seems like the goal is to get as many patients in and out as possible.

As an established patient of Dr. Mckenna, I've called multiple times in the last 2 weeks to make an appointment. Mckenna recently went with Genesis care. Each time I called I was told I am > 40th in the queue. That is not acceptable. I requested that my PCP to refer me elsehere.

The staff here was very friendly and easy to ask questions of. Cindy, the x-ray technician was very quick, took less than five minutes I was in and out and on my way parking was a little tight had very little parking extra, but managed nicely.

No lie, this place is a joke. Worst I ever seen. You can hardly talk to any one on the phone. My last call I was #41` on the "Q". They also made wait 30 days before I could see somebody to get a hearing test MILK THE INSURANCE COMPANY, before they would suck the fluid out of my ear. NOW they say they can not see me till Jan. Don't even think about going there.
