I didn't have an appt on this date. I needed a blood test quickly. I showed up around 6:15, one person sitting in the waiting area. I saw 3 staff members behind the glass door. A woman came out after 10 minutes and said I need an appt, they are full. I looked around, now that other person waiting is gone. I asked "full? " She said yes, they have booked appointments. My response no one is here now. When they come in if they have to wait to long they call corporate and complain. So I looked around again and sd, are you expecting a rush at the door at 630am?? There are no less than 3 people back there and now the only person that I've seen in the last 20 minutes is gone. I was irritated, I went out to my car and sat for over an hour. Only 3 more people came in that hour, yet I was turned away due them being booked. This defied common sense and shows that when you hire clock watchers and not people doing their jobs, problems never get solved. The customer service at this location is more than lacking. I couldn't even get someone on the phone at corporate to complain.

Hi Im Patrick Wilkins as I arrived I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Terina she was a sweetie pie. Much better than my last visit there several months ago I cant seem to remember that horribly rude persons name. My wife was there Friday and she choose to leave as opposed to staying because it was so extremely hot there. Silly me to think I wouldnt face the same problem with such a poorly run place. I would imagine if someone suffered from heat stroke there they would sue this place toot sweet in a hurry. The place is way to hot to be open for business its not a safe condition with all that heat.

Appointments take about 2-3 weeks out. And once you are there expect to wait OVER an hour WITH an appointment! I have been to this location twice & it's the same issues of having to wait forever! This time I decided to wait in the car & came in once I received the text & people in the waiting room were upset b/c I came in "last" & yelled out loud twice. Totally uncalled for. Appt was at 1:40 & didn't get called in until 3:15pm!! And there were about 6 more ppl waiting. The receptionist left since they do close at 3! If they know they get backed up then don't schedule so many patients.

This location is terrible. Even with an appointment (which are booked WEEKS in advance), you still wait well over an hour. They seem to be in no rush to take care of waiting patients and offer no sympathy or apologies. Try to go to any other lab if you can.
