Lee Health Imaging and Radiology - Riverwalk

Today I was scheduled for a MRI/ I always went to this place because the technician and front off were so kind and considerate and actually cared. Upon going to back the technician was not only rude, he never said hi, he actually did things I have never had done and was basically downright negative and mean. I left after he lied several times to me. I have had over 40 done there so MR Tim must be new because his attitude and lies I already know that place. I will be informing all of the Lee HR department of his behavior and will go elsewhere to get what I need. This was an urgent test I tried until the last lie and said not allowing this!~ Please make sure you know who the technician is before you go. Good ones at least say hello and try to make the experience as pleasant as a MRI can be> Tim is to negative for me and lacks any bedside manor. Control freak!

My mother is a patient . Irene Epps I witnessed a employee ask another to use the badge and the woman checking people in was absolutely rude. Ask about the be nice sign on her desk after that and she threw it in the trash. I don't not want my mother around individuals like that. Please avoid this place if possible Kena Epps

They were on time and very nice. Scott my tech for MRI was great as was the X-ray tech, Ronald. The open MRI was perfect for me being claustrophobic . I recommend them.
