Horrible costumer service, when we called multiple times to do business from this company, they hanged up the phone on us and said ''we're not in the mood at the moment''. the person who present the company and answers the phone is not professional and gives a really bad image to this company

I have been using this company for more than 2 years only because nobody can offer the same prices for organic ingredients. But customer service is the worst. Maybe you need to start checking your emails ?

I recently order the mango butter from this company from amazon when I recurved it, it smelled like tar. I reached out to the company to find out what happened and I had no reply. I don’t know if it had been stored properly at shipping warehouse but.... the review is for the bad product, things happen it’s because no one cares enough to reach out. Basically... had to throw it away and ordered from another company. And I can say for sure something happened to that batch of mango butter
