Horrible experience. The doctor does not listen to you, the office does not answer the phone, and they will not try to work on anything thats outside of making them extra unnecessary cash. My wife just had a full echocardiogram and the doctor forced a EKG with a machine that is older than her, but the Doctor refused to work with insurance on prior authorizations. The Doctor has no compassion or care. Completely rude and disregards your concerns or thoughts.

Best darn physician I ever had in all my 75 years. Has managed my health care prior to during and after numerous surgeries, heart. lung and other conditions. I call her a Tiger she is the greatest advocate when it comes to dealing with surgeons and other specialists.

My husband and I went to see this doctor to receive better communication than the prior doctor that had too many patients. My husband tried to get his prescription refilled that he needs and has been on for months, and requested that the doctor send in a prior authorization request. The doctor neglected to work on the prior authorization, so after messages and messages of requesting that the office provide sufficient care and help with refilling medication, they just decided they didnt want to work on trying to help with the prior authorization anymore and suggested we find another doctor to help with the authorization. She gave no reason besides pure lack of care and they have other patients. Worst care in my life. Never answers the phone and neglected a disabled veterans care.
