Dr. Kenneth Berdick, MD

This is a five star doctor. He knows his stuff. The guy has been established in the same building for as long as I can remember. I have never had an issue with waiting hours like some of the reviews say. Don't listen they are just salty about something. 5* EDIT 3/25/2024 Bella was absolutely an amazing person. Her customer service skills were top notch! Let's keep her around !

My Grandma Came To Dr. Berdick, My Mom went to Dr Berdick , and now I go to Dr Berdick, Hes the most knowledgeable Doctor in Lee county in my opinion , thank you for all your hard work all these years sir!

Dr burdick has been treating me for 13 years always has the correct diagnosis for any problem Ive had. I recommend this man to anyone needing medical advice.

There was an unsettling sense that he prioritized his own agenda over the patient's needs. This experience has left me questioning the quality of care provided in his practice and serves as a cautionary tale for those considering his services.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Burdick. After facing issues filling my prescriptions due to his ongoing investigation, I confirmed with his office that I could get my medications. However, upon visiting my pharmacy, they refused to fill his prescriptions. I returned to Dr. Burdick's office only to find out he had recently opened his own pharmacy, likely due to pharmacies declining his prescriptions. Despite being assured a 45-minute wait, I witnessed office staff taking a lunch break and encountered unprofessional behavior. The office manager informed me that Dr. Burdick had essentially "fired" me after making me wait for over an hour. Requesting a refund was denied, and when I sought clarification from Dr. Burdick, I was threatened with trespassing. This experience reveals serious concerns about Dr. Burdick's ethics, service, and professionalism. The situation suggests a potential scam, and the ongoing investigation raises questions about the legitimacy of the prescriptions he writes. My encounter left me feeling mistreated and concerned about the care provided to others in his practice. I took video when I had to come back from my pharmacy due to being unable to fill the scripts and will be filing a formal complaint.
