Could only talk to recordings as they dont have people to explain our situation . Lets all find another provider.

HORRIBLE customer service. Our technician never even showed up and I talked to 3 different people on the phone and they all claimed someone was in the area laying wires. Someone was home all day, my boyfriend took the day off work for this after we were told a week ago that that date would be the earliest appointment. They gave us a time frame of 8am-5pm, then shortened it to 10:30-2:30. Nobody showed up. Then at 7:45/ 8pm I got a text saying they couldnt complete the job because they required inside access. We were home. Nobody knocked or did anything. I even looked and saw no truck. There was no communication at all, and Im pretty sure I was blatantly lied to about someone laying wires. That is a thing, but nobody communicated. And they said they couldnt just come out the next day Id have to wait another whole week. So I said absolutely not because I didnt want to risk someone not coming to the house again. Meanwhile Xfinity had an available appointment the next day and I not only had it double confirmed but the tech called me when he was 10 minutes away and when he pulled up. And is being wonderful while hes here. Dont waste your time with Centurylink. Cant speak for their service but their customer service was absolute garbage.
