My businesses have used T3 for two or three years now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I decided to "defect" from the Comcast regime after years of poor connectivity, technical issues and extremely poor customer service. Let me put EXTRA emphasis on the poor customer service.. Anyone that uses Comcast knows exactly what I'm talking about. It's piss-poor on a legendary scale. What I like best about T3 is that on the very rare occasion we have an issue, I call and immediately talk to a person that resolves the issue. 99% of the time it was corrected remotely and within a five minutes. After spending literally hours of my life on the phone with "Communistcast", it is an amazing breath of fresh air to speak to people that are knowledgeable and have the same sense of urgency that I have about my business. We use the dedicated fiber lines with T3. Not only is the uptime uber reliable, we only needed 50 mps up and down, compared to Comcast's 150 mps business lines. Come to find out, that is because Comcast is 150 mps "peak" and that bandwidth it is shared with surrounding users. So, we would see great speed until about 8-9am then it would bog down again around lunch and so on. It was a constant issue for years. When we had issues with Comcast's speed, their solution was always to "increase my speed" which always meant spending more per month and it never really solved our issues. Our T3 lines are 100% dedicated to my businesses meaning the 50 mps we pay for is only our people that are using them...all I can say is that the performance is crazy fast. The price is a bit higher but honestly, you get what you pay for. I need uptime that is highly reliable and fast for my clients and my staff. T3 delivers day in and day out and I don't even think about it anymore. It just works.
