Flagler Insurance Agency

This agency is horrible. I suggest not going with them. My wife and I canceled our homeowners insurance a few months ago due to the sale of our home. Flagler insurance deceitfully only removed one of our names and continued the insurance for months with out our knowledge to charge us ins on a home we didn't own. After contacting Flager, they refused to correct their error when it clearly showed my wife had canceled. This company is horrible and very deceitful. Stay away!!!

I am absolutely speechless, can i give a negative star....where is the customer service? Nobody ever returns calls or answers the phone. Soooo frustrated

Zero customer service. They never answer their phone and we have received no support from them at all. Steer away from this company.

My current agency merged with Flagler. Since then the customer service has been horrible. I can never reach anyone in the office to help. I have been trying to reach someone for 2 days to make a policy change. No one answers the phone and no one calls me back. Correction: I got one call back that I couldn't get to, but called them back 2 minutes later, only to leave a dozen more messages. I called Travelers directly to make the change, but the agency has 100% control of the policy, so they have to make the change. Just return the calls in a timely manner!
