Comfort Inn & Suites Airport

Nice clean for business stay, nice location. Nothing outstanding but sufficient Rooms: Interior rooms and hotel style not motel.

Checking in was seamless. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The staff, (Nancy Shull at the front desk), the next morning was rude and disrespectful. According to her yelling, she wasnt notified of my service dog and it wasnt written in certain places so I must have not told them at check in. When she looked on my reservation it was there but not other places. She then rudely started yelling conditions for having the animal in the building because people like her and housekeeping are fearful of dogs like mine (her words). I finally asked to speak to the manager and was told she would be in at 10 am. I left my name and number but never heard from her. When I called during hours the manager is supposed to be there, I was always told by Nancy she was in a meeting. Still have not heard from the manager, Kelly Patel, and it is a week later. Rooms: Our room was great. King size suite with fold out couch. Bathroom was small, door opens into toilet but overall nothing wrong with it.

Charged more on check in than I booked online. Non refundable for 3 days and didnt change price at nearly 200 a night. Staff would not talk about price or help. They said they weren't Choice and I needed to contact Choice. Of course Choice said contact hotel. I didn't care for breakfast. Bed and pillows were OK. Bathroom corners dirty. Staff not helpful. I probably won't stay again. Ok location for Ft Myers.

The rooms are older but in great shape clean and comfortable. Well be back it was our fourth stay. Rooms: Clean and neat great place to stay.
