Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Myers-Colonial Blvd.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and both times it has been just a wonderful experience. It is so refreshing to walk into a hotel room after a long trip and smell how clean it is and feel very at home because of the greetings you received from the employees. Not to mention the delicious Friday night cookies they make, when you walk in and smell those freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and they're still warm and gooey, you know it's going to be a great night! Rooms: Superb!!!

I want to mention how great Juliana (front desk) was during my most recent stay - she was super sweet and very hospitable. I stay here a few times a year when needing to travel to the area for work meetings. Super reliable location with a consistently great experience. Staff is always friendly, rooms are always really clean, and the hotel is always quiet. And the beds are comfortable too! Decor needs some updating but the +s at this hotel more than make up for the slightly outdated decor. Always a great experience here! Thank you so much!

Went to work in the lobby area during breakfast and the workers wouldnt even say good morning and as soon as 10am hit they turned off the TV I was physically sitting infront of to turn on horrible loud music so they could clean. Am I even recognized as a human? I dont understand how it could be so unprofessional when I pay to stay at a place that is supposed to provide certain amenities for my stay. The internet is also absolutely horrific here. I had to turn it off and use my data but its out of my pocket not corporates so why would they care? Never felt so overseen. I dont typically leave reviews but the tv and loud music made it my last straw. I dont want a response saying thanks for choosing us I hope you stay with us again the next time youre in town I want the Hilton expectation while I travel weekly. I typically do courtyards and this location just magnifies why. Noteworthy details: Lack of customer service. One gentleman in room service was the kindest person there. He should go to another hotel so hes recognized.

Great hotel; clean and quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, beautiful, clean heated pool. Hotel is within walking distance to Dunkin Donuts and Dairy Queen as well as two sports bar restaurants. About a 20 minute drive to the airport.
